Programmatic support for ambitious entrepreneurs

The Venture Lab will be a new initiative that is to provide students with serious start-up plans an environment in which they can work on their project. The Venture Lab will offer a pre-incubation programme in which students and alumni can prepare the launch of their ventures, and an incubation programma that will help young entrepreneurs to realise initial growth. The Venture Lab may also help students and alumni to find soulmates and co-founders. In the premises and programmes of the Venture Lab, a medical student with a medical solution may meet a business student, who can help out in co-creating a company from scratch.

The Venture Lab is not only two programmes, it will also provide office space to those who want to make a serious effort to kick-start and grow their entrepreneurial venture. Ventures in the lab will benefit from the experience of the other incubatees, from the insights and networks of the MC4E faculty, and from interns that will work on problems defined by incubatees.

The Venture Lab is in gestation: we hope to announce its opening before the end of 2012.
