Job Nijs

Upon graduating in economics at Erasmus University, Job started his entrepreneurial career in 2002 with an awards winning Rotterdam based start­up that failed in 2005. He subsequently became the founding managing director of the YES!Delft incubator and founder of the Mainport Innovation Fund (KLM, Schiphol, Rabo, TU Delft). Currently he is co-­founder and partner of the Venture Generator through which he helps corporates to develop a start­up mentality to business development. Job Nijs is well known in the Dutch start­up and incubation scene and has an extensive network in both public and private organizations. Job is member of the review board of the EU Climate KIC program, setting up a corporate­led water investment fund.

Roland Zegger

Roland Zegger is currently managing partner at NLC and has over 30 years of experience in marketing and sales functions as well as general management in the Pharmaceutical Industry (Abbot). He currently is board member of Van Eerd bv and Eurocept BV. Besides that he is closely involved as an advisor with several other incubators in the Netherlands such as ACE Venture Lab (incubator UVA & VU), YES!Delft (incubator Delft University of Technology) and O3.nl.

Aard Groen

Aard Groen is Professor of Innovative Entrepreneurship & Valorisation at the University of Twente & University of Groningen, and Academic leader of VentureLab International. He also holds additional positions in both Groningen and Twente. Aard’s research was published in journals and books such as Journal of Management, International Journal of Small Business, Creativity and Innovation Management. Topics are positioned in incubation, entrepreneurship, marketing, university ­industry interaction and innovation & technology dynamics. Aard received his master in public administration from the University of Twente, and his PhD in business administration from the University of Groningen.
