It is our ambition that within 10 years the Maastricht Centre for Entrepreneurship is internationally recognized as a centre of excellence in entrepreneurship education and new venture creation. It is rooted in rigorous and relevant research, with outstanding ties to the Dutch and European community of high-impact entrepreneurs and (early-stage) investors.

We aim to be:  

• A dynamic source of inspiration to students and alumni (and faculty) that helps them to discover and develop their enterprising spirit.
• An accessible and reliable partner for entrepreneurs, investors and regional universities.
• A stimulating meeting place and clearinghouse for enterprising students, entrepreneurs, academics, corporations and investors where knowledge is exchanged and ideas are shared. 
• Best in class in deploying scholarly insights (on new venture creation and venture growth) into the practice of entrepreneurship.
• A launch platform for ventures that strive to have global impact.
