New Venture Creation

New Venture Creation is an extra curricular elective with a course load of 10 ECTS. It is open to those students and alumni who are serious about starting their first venture before or shortly upon graduating. You should be in the final year of your bachelor programme, or be a master student. Also alumni that want to start their own business can enroll. It is a very intensive programme that requires you to spend considerable time interacting with future clients, business partners, competitors, etc. You take evening classes in a small group of (4 to 15) like-minded aspiring entrepreneurs. To enroll into to this course you need to have drafted a preliminary business plan, formed a start-up team (teams tend to be more successful than lonesome cowboys), and be ready to invest in the development of your launch- and execution plan. Classes will provided in the evening and run for a full semester.

Upon completion, you should be ready to kick-start your venture. The New Venture Creation course aims to help you to build a substantial businesses. Those who want to start a business with the intent to stay small will not be accepted as we focus on nurturing plans for high-impact ventures.
